Sensual, Shared, Sublime Sunday

Sunday.  Sensual, shared, sublime.

Sensual.  Started the day with a great cup of coffee, the New York Times and a view of the Ohio river from the Alms Park overlook.

Shared.  Brunch with my friend, Sue.  A mimosa, an elegant smoked salmon wrap at Teller’s in Hyde Park.

Sublime.  The French Rendezvous open house.  Painter, musician, import shop owner Sylvain Acher officially christened his new Madisonville location with Jean-Robert de Cavel’s nibbles, the Bonbonerie’s desserts and sublime music by Eugene Goss, Billy Larkin and Sylvain.

Sustenance.  A casual day, yet full of creativity and connection.  A little advanced planning.  Great ingredients.  No technique.

Chicken Sausage with Cannellini and Kale.

Sensual, shared, sublime.
