What’s Your Unique Vision?

A single idea, thoroughly understood, well researched and creatively sold, is always an opportunity to push the boundaries of what we believe is possible.  It’s true in every field… in scientific discovery, in aerospace engineering, in food technologies.

The beauty of the culinary world, the confluence of science and creativity, is that creative opportunities are limitless.  I’ve previously reported about and have, in fact, met Jeni Britton Bauer, the founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, of Columbus, OH.  Jeni’s creativity in pairing ingredients one would never dream complemented one another is what true creativity looks like.  Vision.  Courage.  Research.  Experimentation.  Refinement.

Juniper and Lemon Curd.  Plum Sake Sorbet.  Roasted Strawberry Buttermilk.  Lemon and Blueberries.  Backyard Mint.  Sweet Corn and Black Raspberries.  Salty Caramel.
